Hannah Arvidsson

Meet one of our Analysts, Hannah, who has a MSc in Environmental Science and joined Stena Circular Consulting in January 2022. 

What do you do?

- In my role as an Analyst, I support the project leader throughout the project. I conduct desk research, interviews and disassemble products to ensure that our clients receive the best insights for their future development.

What motivates you in your job?

- By working at Stena Circular Consulting, I have made it my personal business to divert from the system in which we take, we make, and we waste – instead, I want to be a part of a regenerative natural system in which we value what we already have.

What is it like to work at Stena Circular Consulting?

- At Stena Circular Consulting I am surrounded by like-minded people with a variety of backgrounds and expertise, which all contribute to the level we want to achieve in projects.

Louise Eriksson

Meet one of our Senior Managers, Louise, with a product design background at IKEA who joined Stena Circular Consulting in 2019.  

What do you do?

- As Senior Manager I support our project teams with advice and quality assurance to each project. In this work, I use my experience to provide insights to our customers on how to transform their businesses, products and processes in order to create circular flows of both products, components and materials.

What motivates you in your job?

- We need larger efforts to raise the general level of understanding in our society for how circular economy can tackle climate change and biodiversity loss and help us reach a more sustainable development. By working in Stena Circular Consulting, I can be a part of spreading that knowledge.

What is it like to work at Stena Circular Consulting? 

- The Stena Circular Consulting team is a group of dedicated and experienced persons, who are passionate about what they do, and I really enjoy how we all want to drive change and challenge old truths. 

Riccardo Paccaloni

Meet one of our Project Leaders, Riccardo, who has a background of design and design management from collaborations with Assa Abloy and design studios like FUWL and joined Stena Circular Consulting in 2021. 

What do you do?

- My aim as a Project Leader at Stena Circular Consulting is to deliver top-notch projects to our clients. I try to show how circular design strategies can be truly commercial and improve lives by making sustainability an everyday choice. In my role as Project Leader, I mix a thorough knowledge of design processes, materials production methodologies with a deep passion for details.

What motivates you in your job?

- I wish to assist designers in the implementation of a circular methodology in which the product is designed not only for the customers, but also for the broader context in which it exists.

What is it like to work at Stena Circular Consulting?

- It is so powerful to see our Stena Circular Consulting team gathering different types of backgrounds and perspectives on sustainability, everyone contributing and strengthening each other, to enable the common goal of a more circular tomorrow. It's a team effort.
